Sauteed Kale and Mushrooms

a few large handfuls of fresh kale leaves, torn into bite sized pieces
1/2 can bamboo shoots
4 oz. fresh mushrooms

Seasonings:
crushed red pepper
sea salt and pepper
cayenne pepper
garlic powder

Spray fry pan with nonstick spray or use organic virgin coconut oil. Add kale, bamboo, musrooms and seasonings and stir fry for 3-5 minutes or until kale is just limp and bright green. Remove promptly from heat and serve.
