black bean hummus or garlic hummus
large handful fresh collards or kale, chopped
2-3 slices onion
vinaigrette tuna salad
sea salt and pepper, to taste
Optional Sides:
salsa
lime wedge
cilantro (garnish)
Vegan or Vegetarian Option:
Skip the tuna, add more beans or tofu. I just left off the tuna here and it is still delicious!
