Sauteed Baby Tomatoes

Sauteed Baby Tomatoes
5-6 small fresh tomatoes (I used a few small fresh homegrown tomatoes)

Spray a pan with nonstick spray and preheat to medium (5). Add the olive oil and tomatoes and let tomatoes cook for 5-8 minutes or until they become soft and burst. Sprinkle with some fresh ground pepper and sea salt if desired. These are great little sides to my Sundried Tomato Meatballs and Sesame Green Beans.
