1 lb. bag of frozen cauliflower florets (or fresh)
3 T. yellow mustard
3 T. spicy mustard or Dijon mustard
lemon juice
pepper
 Seasonings:rosemary
1 T. tarragon
Either chop fresh cauliflower or steam and drain frozen cauliflower.  In a large bowl, mix cauliflower with lemon juice, mustards, and seasonings.  Serve hot; this makes an excellent low carb side dish for any holiday meal (or just dinner).
